I don't think they are.
And so,
I don't know.
I think to me, it's something that NBA needs to really look at is style of play modifications so that guys can be healthy enough to be out there and play because guys like Joker and Shea are not ducking just to duck.
They want to be out there and they're suffering real injuries and everybody is.
And I don't want us to get numb to that.
Isn't the the only answer fewer games where they don't have to play three or four times a week versus twice a week?
And as you said, because it's costing teams so much money, maybe it's
you can go to the table with that and say, hey, your guys will be playing more and you don't have to have 82 games sold for each and every franchise.
Well, I feel like there would be a financial tipping point at some point.
I'm not sure we're there yet.
I mean, the NBA is making so many billions.
I guess they have a half a billion to write off as an expense here in terms of the injured stars.
Right.
But if it continues to worsen and all the trends are saying injuries are up, you know, over the last five to six years compared to where they were previously.
The other concern that I have, and this is a bigger picture one.
A lot of these star players who are getting drafted really high are no longer developing into their primes in their late 20s.
They're sort of hitting a wall with recurring entries in their mid-20s.
That makes me nervous because we want a lot of faces at the NBA.
We want a lot of guys vying for that title, right?
