Actually there were multiple locations of this Thai restaurant.
It was really well known.
They eventually opened a restaurant in New York.
And they were known for their wings.
In fact, I took you to Pac Pac's wing location when you're going to be able to do that.
Well, I was thinking for this menu.
What are things you could throw on a grill really easily?
And certainly you can make this without a grill.
You can pop wings in your oven.
But this was really like what could you be making outside on a beautiful summer evening?
Really, what's crucial to these wings is having a little bit of a marinade with brown sugar, again, fish sauce, garlic, cilantro, and your kind of
dredging all those wings in that sauce and then you're throwing it on the grill.
