Is that you're essentially brushing coconut milk onto corn as it grills and like over and over.
So it develops a glaze and a sweetness.
And there's different ways.
Like some people don't keep brushing it, some people only do it at the beginning, some people do it at the end.
But in this recipe, it's not just coconut milk.
