So let me just walk you through it.

And you do it in a bowl with your hands.

You don't need any equipment.

I don't even use a pastry blender.

is mix my dry ingredients, my flour, my brown sugar, and salt together.

By the way, the brown sugar, I use 100% brown sugar.

A lot of recipes will call for a mix of white and brown.

I think it's really good with just brown sugar.
