Talking about the freezer is a perfect segue because this is something I also like to stock my freezer with.
And this is something that is absolutely I cannot make it without thinking about you, which is stuffed shells.
I know this is one of the first things you ever made and something you've been making since high school, something you're known for.
And while you didn't have a written recipe, I don't think it's even the kind of thing where you need a written recipe.
It's one of those, again, beginner-friendly things.
And all these beginner-friendly recipes, there's a reason I love them so much because no matter how experienced you are as a cook, having easy recipes is always a win.
