I think that's the type of things that people need to keep future people in their roles.

Like, you know, you can do amazing work and you can have amazing results, but if you can't communicate what you've done and how the chain, you know, how you've owned it.
Unfortunately, a lot of stakeholders, they're just looking at the numbers.
They're not, you know, is that number gone up?

And they're like, I don't even care why.
It's it is being able to communicate to them and explain, well, you know, the whole world's changed, for example, and this is why.
And I think a lot of people's problems is not necessarily being able to do that.
And then unfortunately, their work's not valued as much.
And we all know that, you know, people put in, you know, so much time and love into their work.
But sometimes speaking to the higher ups, as you say, they're not necessarily understanding.
SEO for you know, they absolutely don't really understand.
So it's kind of make sure that you can communicate that and get that across and prove your worth.

Where if someone tried to explain it to me in very simple language or language that I use, then it will it will click and I will get it.
