I think we probably will because there are more and more people doing it.

I mean, I've been really amazed by the response to my book in the number of people who I've met at festivals and things like that or who've messaged me.

Lots of people either very young, or to me very young, like early 40s who were about to give up or it was too late and saying, oh, now I'm going to start running.

But also lots of people, men and women in their 60s and 70s as well, saying, I've started again.

I've read your book and I thought, why not?

Mm-hmm.

I've got this mad friend, Susie Chan.

I've got this mad friend called Susie Chan who's even more crazy than I am.

I think I'm quite sane compared to her.

And she dragged me there.

And she'd already done it three times.

And she's seven years younger than me.

I know.

And I think for her, the worst thing was the third one she did was the worst of all the ones she'd done.

And just as she had done the third one, she came back and in her head she was going, never again.

And I suddenly went, OK, I'm going to do it.
