You know, they should be asleep right now.

But it is a wonderful community.

I've made so many friends through it and really close friends.

But also, like the other last week, I went off to the Hay Festival.

And I was running.

I wanted to do a long run.

And somebody who I met on the start line of a race in Italy last year, a mountain race, who was in her 50s as well, I told her I was coming.

And I'd met her once before.

And she said, oh, let's meet.

I'll take you up at the Brecon Beacons.

And so off I went on a five-hour run with this woman who I've only met once.

I think when I first started out in TV, I do vividly remember thinking I was 27 when I was put on television somewhat unwillingly.

And then I thought, OK, I'll do this.

This is the regional news in Yorkshire.

And I started out.

Look North.

And I remember thinking, great, I can do this till I'm 40.

Because in those days, in the 1990s, that's kind of what it was, wasn't it?
