So they have six people in a class and they just tell me what to do.
And it's deadlifts.
It's all free weights.
It's deadlifts.
It's squats.
It's
barbells it's dumbbells it's kettlebells it's all this kind of stuff and it's complete all body workout and i have really noticed the difference so i ran the london marathon this year and for the first time in years my legs my quads were fine the next day i was absolutely fine and i ran it with my daughter who's 21 and with amy fuller the olympic snowboarder
And they were both for days afterwards, they couldn't go down the stairs.

I was fine.
I ran the marathon.
