We're very hard on ourselves.

I think it's from just, you know, for me...

I made a lot of bad decisions.

And so I feel like I have to make up for that or I feel like I have to do it perfectly because I didn't do it perfectly for so long.

And so we're hard on ourselves because I think we know our capability and we know our potential and we don't live it out.

Action is the foundational key to all success.

Absolutely.

Yep.

There is a bigger purpose to everything and everyone.

And when you find that, you just, you'll do it.

You know, people are like, would you do this if you won the lottery?

And I say yes, because I know this is what I'm meant to do.

This is my passion and purpose.

And I'm meant to make people feel better than when I found them.

and to have some of those hard conversations along the way about nutrition and lifestyle.

And, you know, people are eating so much negative food and wondering why they feel like shit.

And, um, most people don't want to do the work though.

That's what I'm finding.
