So when they've shown they can do it, but they don't always do it,

then the question is, well, how can we get there?

You could say, well, then you just change out the players.

I guess that could be one approach.

But the other approach is, can you find a coach that can get the most out of those guys?

And I think that's what we're looking for.

It is through... You can make trades, you can make signings, or you can have...

younger players ascend into the lineup so i think we do need this some new players i don't know if we're going to have a dramatically different roster next year i think sometimes just a few players can make a big difference whether that's through a trade or a free agent signing or a younger player getting an opportunity i think in the case of younger players they

Um, they grow over the course of a season and what you see in October isn't always what you see in April.

And I think, uh, Matt Savoy was a good example of that.

So I think there's, um, so there's a couple of different ways you're going to, your team's going to look different.

Like we're not going to have the same group of players that we have as of today.

We're going to have some new faces, um, who they will be or how many will they will be.

It's a little bit too early to tell right now.

But there were some good things we did this year.

I think we had...

A lot of, you know, a lot more depth scoring than we've had in the past.

I think we had six 20-goal scorers and on the verge of eight, if Pods and Savvy were close.

So we had a lot of guys that did good things, but it didn't take us where we wanted to go.
