So I decided to stop more of the gentle method and just hire a coach, go all in on really trying to see if I could get the most muscle on my body that I've ever had.
And
I've I've loved it.
It's it's kind of been like nostalgic in a way because it's like how I used to really train.
But I just kinda wanted to push myself for the first time in a while and see if I can really make some changes.
After two babies.

And um a lot of that has to do with diet.
So I hired a coach, Andrew Taylor.
He was great.
Um
Just because we're trying to have a baby soon, I've kind of like leaned off of the intensity of it just to be a little bit more gentle on my body.
