We got him to Melbourne.

We're visiting his mum and dad for a week.

We're driving his car here, and that's going to be it.

No, there were brief conversations, you know, like, again, coming from –

you know, three relationships.

And I said, after my last relationship, I promised to myself, I will never date a project and I will never live with the person before actual commitment.

And those were my internal rules before even coming to maths, right?

These, I was like,

I need to learn from my mistakes, you know?

And I communicated that to Philip very openly.

And I said, like, initially, I actually almost pushed him as well to live separately from me because I said, I don't want to break the promises to myself what I had given to myself.

And I was like, I want you to be able to stand on your own two feet so then we can join our lives together and build moving further.

So I expressed that, that commitment for me before leaving is quite important because I've just done it before.

Sure.

So we had those brief conversations but I did not expect him popping down on one knee there and then.

I thought we will move in together, we will settle down, we're probably going to go away somewhere and that's when it's going to happen because I knew it's happening because I knew how we both felt.

I knew how we felt seen, understood and heard with each other and I was like I've never felt that feeling before and I just knew it's going to happen.

I just didn't know when and I didn't know how soon.

I think what I had said and what they grabbed for the final episode is it actually, in that moment, I feel like you do the whole circle of appreciating your past versions and thanking them for being there.
