I think it's been really cool to watch you on this journey.
I think obviously as someone who's like made it their life's mission to โ
make sure that movement and finding, like, what works for you more accessible for people and not putting, like, the pressure on because when it's a demand, you don't want to do it.
So I'd love to hear about, like, and you share about your journey with that and how much that's helped as well through perimenopause.
There's unfair moments in a woman's life where out of our control completely, our body changes and that shouldn't be a problem but because of... Society's expectations of how a woman should appear, yes.
And I think that that's why, I mean, we're constantly talking about how it's just better if we can just like not make comments on people's bodies unless they're like someone really close in your life and you know exactly how they're doing it or whatever.
Because you just never know why someone's lost weight, why someone's gained weight or whatever.
And if you feed into something that might have been an unhealthy habit or whatever, that can be where it's damaging.
So like let's make a blanket rule.
But I think where I agree with you in the talks of people like having this desire to lose weight, say...
