being so demonized is it's not their fault that that's a desire of theirs like it's not our fault that we have these insecurities of like wanting to look a certain way yes I preach all the time and it's still very important to me that I think people find reasons for exercise outside of their appearance because there's so many benefits that really matter and it's great to be aware of them but
But do I think that women like absolutely shouldn't exercise or move their body or whatever for a certain goal of their physical appearance at all?
I just know that that's not.
It's not true.
It's not fucking true.
It's never going to be.
Unfortunately.
We're realistic.
You're either too skinny or you're training too hard or they're put on weight, something must be happening or whatever.
God forbid, they're actually, maybe they're even healthier than they've ever been and happier than they've ever been that they've put on weight.
Don't fucking talk about their body.
