And so when we think about this why, um, if we if we know someone's why, how does it help us communicate and connect better with them?
Like how do we actually put that into practice where we have to make the shift in our mind?
of the golden rule versus the platinum rule because you have to be very mindful because people are very different.
And if you do, if you just manage them the way you want to be managed, you're probably not going to have a lot of success.
So how do you do that in practice?

To your point, that just I would think immediately would build trust because you do, you feel heard and you feel like somebody's listening.
And that two way street is the key to communication.
Yeah.
Well for those people who are are listening in right now and they want to start using this these concepts with their team tomorrow, where would you tell them to start?
Yeah, I I actually have gotten some feedback lately on helping other develop that in other people by asking curious questions and getting them to come to to it.
So that's a skill that they can also build.
And that was a real aha moment because I think I'm helping my team when they come to me and they have a problem.
I'm like, let's break this down, let's get this solved, let's just get you headed in the right direction.
Well, I'm not really
coaching them on how to develop that as a skill.
So I've got to be a little bit careful with the with the problem solver mode.
It wouldn't be well received at all.
