The beauty of that too is, you know, if you're on a team, um
You know, what's the superpower of all of your other teammates?

And how do you by understanding that you can be like, oh, we've got this type of project, or we've got this type of problem, or we've got this type of challenge.
Ooh, now I know their why.
Boy, would they be a great person to loop in to collaborate with on this.
Through this work, what has been um something that's that's surprised you that you've learned that was a shocker?
Well, and I I'm guessing that this, you know, we should have our spouses take this.
We should have our family members take this.
We should have conversations around it.
Cause it might be like, well, that's why you drive me nuts, because we have very different why, you know.
And and I feel like it could also guide us in what we say yes to and what we say no to in the in the places and areas where.
we can.
Um we've all said yes to something where we've been like, Why am I doing this?
You know, why do this does not make me happy?
It takes my time, energy, and resources.
And I'm and I said yes.
