In my office, before I was aware of this, I had a wireless keyboard.
I had a wireless mouse.
My Wi-Fi was on.
My Bluetooth was on.
Taking a look at all of your devices, shutting off the antennas.
If you look at your phone right now, your Wi-Fi and your Bluetooth are always on unless you shut it off.
What happens when you have that on?
Your phone is in an active state of searching to connect to something that it's not going to find unless you're telling it what to connect to.
So that raises...
the rf radiation in those devices so shutting off those antennas is a huge thing keeping the phone out of your pocket your bra your waistbands away from your body on airplane mode preferably when you're not using it because we do see a huge difference when a phone is in airplane mode with the antennas off that's a that's a caveat because airplane mode now
your Wi-Fi can still be on.
So what do you mean turn your antennas off?
So if you go to your phone and you swipe down, you'll see that you have the Wi-Fi, it's on, and the Bluetooth are on.
The little green, it's like the little green and the little blue tab that the Bluetooth, you click those off.
Okay.
And then at night when you go to sleep, airplane mode.
And this is going to sound revolutionary.
