You know, going back to my story, like the way that we did the research is I went to a a Hewitt MA conference, the conference board.

It was another big conference organization that did an MA thing in New York.

Things that I'll never forget was like the importance of culture.

Like I think there was a broad recognition, even back then, that culture is really important.

And a lot of these fail because of a failure to understand cultures or like mix cultures.

But I guess what was equally shocking to me was the how often culture is misunderstood.

And like, you know, in my experience, it is a like a supernatural.

Nebulous thing.

You ask different CEOs, like to some CEOs, culture is like, well, at least in the last growth cycle, was like ping pong and cold brew and like fun things that optimizing to fun at the office so people come in and work their tails off.
