Uh every recruit I talk to, they're joining for a good career opportunity.
Yeah, so when people think about the military, they probably uh you know, they think about infantry, people kicking down doors, maybe some pilots doing some bombing runs.
But the services have almost any job you would think about a company having.
They have communications people, they have people that work on trucks, they have administrative people that are effectively HR that you would see in any company.
You know, I talked to one young woman who was asking a recruiter what it takes to be an attorney.
Attorney in the military.
And think about it, like young people, it's always hard enough getting into the job market as a young person with um
Any generation.
College is really expensive.
It's hard to get your foot in the door.
We're seeing the rise of AI too and
Maybe internship opportunities shrinking and y think of the military as almost a uh a career fare that is always open and that's uh and that's always paying you along the way.
Right.
They're paying you.
Worst case scenario with the military, maybe you don't like it, you serve four years and get out.
You know, the pitch is you're gonna get some job training, you're probably gonna network a little bit, and you're gonna get uh free college and and maybe some healthcare out of that.
And the adventure is always a good uh some sprinkles on top of that.
