After a number of conversations with us and listening to this, he's gone out on his own.
He started his own editing business and he's doing it himself now.
He's about a year in.

He knows us better than anyone.
He listens to all of our shows.
We sort of have debriefs after each episode, how it went, what questions worked well, what didn't, how we might want to tinker with the start.
He will go through and edit.
He'll take up ums and ahs or stories that don't go anywhere and make it a much more polished.
