And that's a guy that he doesn't have any profile outside of the sort of the Hamilton business owners.

And shining light on someone's story hasn't been shining.

And there was some gritty stuff in that podcast and some stuff he'd never talked about publicly before about the difficulty of his upbringing and sort of like helping him.

through that and tell that story and a lot of sort of like pre-care of letting him know nothing goes out you don't want to and then seeing how happy he was for it to go out and I messaged him this morning he said it had hundreds of messages he said it's blown him away that's so good and that's the coolest thing is

Yeah, using the platform we've built to tell whatever story we want and seeing what comes of it to the guests.

I think it's a combination of consistency over time, Shay and I turning up, the dynamic between the two of us, best mates who can bounce off each other and lean on each other.

I think it's both us being inquisitive people.

I don't realise how rare this is of how we're both more comfortable asking questions of others than talking.

And answering.

And the eagerness to improve and to keep sort of refining and getting better.

Definitely.

No, that gives us a week off.

We can breathe for a week before we put a re-release out.

But no, yeah, definitely.

Yeah.

We are so comfortable with guests through any range of emotion.

They will start weeping, crying, men openly crying, and we will sit there.

We will never jump in.
