Uh Tanner McDougall throws a bit harder.
So their future will lie in uh in their success in doing what they're doing at this point.
We'll see what happens next year.
But I like the stuff of both of these pitchers and eventually we're gonna see McDougal and most likely I would assume tonight.
I think it was wonderful and well deserved.
I mean, you have a guy that's beloved by the fans and who's done everything for the White Sox.
I mean
You you look at his career and I think Ozzy is the type of player who had to get every bit of his ability out of that.
on an everyday basis.
He doesn't and didn't have uh Bobby Witt's talent.
Not many people do.
And so when you're when you're that kind of player, you've got to bear down on a daily basis.
Ozzy was able to do that.
Plus he really understands the game very well.
Now you add uh you fast forward to a guy who managed this team to a World Series championship and a guy now doing television both pre and post.
I think he deserves having number thirteen retired.
It's nice that no other White Sox uh player or coach will ever wear that number and for Ozzy a well deserved honor it was nice and the fans reception to him, which has always been very warm, very loving and uh very appreciative, was something to behold.
