I don't think we close out our basing, but burden sharing is more of a real thing now and going forward than it's been before.
We have two carrier battle groups in theater now, if my counting is right.
We'll probably go back to one, maybe one that floats back out and back in, I don't know.
But that's not a night and day change.
But I think that there's reasonable question.
We've had fewer than 20 fatalities in this conflict over half a year.
And while one is too many, that's just wildly low compared to anything that's been a sustained conflict.
If you'd had training for six full months, we might have had that kind of a casualty rate.
And so all these things have to factor into what do we put where and in what number.
So I expect it to go down some, but not anywhere close to zero and not a withdrawal.
It's not one of these things where you close up shop in the Middle East and everything goes to Asia or home.

Address the issues, as we like to say, we're there to try to explain some of these tougher issues in the world so they can feel comfortable engaging in meaningful conversations about the things that will affect the fate of our nation state and nation states are at the heart of this sort of rebalancing back to realism.
And so rather than taking a foreign policy seminar, we have.
you know, a few half hour chats per week and hopefully people learn something from it and feel comfortable in family chats, but especially with the people we elect to represent us and talking about the stuff that affects us.
Well, I think the erase of the interesting framing, because I think there are a couple of both sides of this actually really apply if there's going to be what I would consider to be a rational readjustment or sort of a reality check coming through this.
On the one hand, I don't think that we're going to draw down as much as people might imagine, in part because we haven't amped up as much as people might have imagined.
