And now we're getting the results of those independent testing.

And what do you think it shows?

It massages your feet.

So there were essentially 20 independent battery experts who looked at what was submitted by the company.

And essentially what they found is that the battery they submitted was just a lithium ion battery.

That was it.

There was two key pieces of evidence.

The first was the voltage curves, right?

So this is when you're looking at the voltage generated by it.

It was right in the sweet spot for lithium ion.

But the second piece of evidence was even more damning.

So these battery cells expand, and the amount of expansion is caused by the ions that are in there, right?

And essentially, it expanded in exactly the amount you would predict if it were lithium, right, causing that expansion.

It's like a fingerprint of lithium, right?

There's this kink that forms.

And it showed the exact distinctive kink in the expansion curve around 50 to 70% state of charge.

So again, that's like a fingerprint of lithium.

And so that's it.

It's pretty much QED.

So that means that this is fraud, right?
