You did comment on the financial benefit of this project to the city.
I would encourage you to reach out to FUHSD and CUSD, the school districts, and you know,
Number two item, I'm surprised nobody commented on this.
I thought that the arborist report was really notable.
It was very interesting.
Often it is not.
So this one was, one of the things that I saw in the report was that I,
initially was surprised given the number of trees that were gonna be removed.
AND I BELIEVE THAT IS IT FOR MY COMMENTS.

Yeah, I just wanted to give a short report on the Planning Commissioner Academy that I attended in Anaheim.
The Chair and Commissioner Rao also attended.
So I don't know how to say this so it doesn't sound wrong, but we're really fortunate in Cupertino to have a planning commission that really understands all these housing issues.
And talking to some of the other commissioners from cities, that is not always the case.
And I would say in nearly every session we went to,
