Like I say, volume of sales and probably values of property is very similar.

I think you'd have more trouble saying Tauranga than you would mummify.

But, yeah, I'm going to go with Tauranga because you sold me on it's New Zealand's Gold Coast.

Both areas are by the coast, but I'm going to go for Tauranga.

It's probably got, and what I like about Queenstown as well is that you can be out of town and feel like you're quite far away from anything and everything.

I do like access to stuff, a bit of life, more restaurants.

And again, I might not be doing Mark justice here, but I've been to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, so I know that a bit more.

I want access to hustle and bustle at the same time.
