So we'll be here to meet the Gorons in town on New Year's Eve in the afternoon.

We'll be in the droves, but we're going to kind of go

do Bundy Jump, which I'm dreading, Dart River, boarding, there's canyoning.

So they want to do an adrenaline-fueled few days, so it's going to be insane, good fun.

We'll go up the gondola for a meal, go over on Walter's Peak with Ernie.

It's going to be a great few days.

Then myself and Kate, my partner, we're going to head to Coogee Bay on Sunshine Coast on the 2nd of January until about the 15th, and then I think come back to Madness.

No, I think it's going to be.

Yeah, I mean, surprisingly, their volume of sales ends up being similar or more to Queenstown.

It's a silent monster, really.

I mean, if we look at Queenstown, and I don't know what your two areas are like, but we don't have shoulder seasons.

We have a quiet May and a quiet October.

We're busy other than that.

Wanaka, however, would have those probably traditional more shoulder seasons, so it can be quite quiet there.

So, from a property perspective, it's busy.

My partner sells quite a lot of property there at the higher end, you know, that three mil plus there, and there's developments cracking on.

They've done a whole infrastructure that they've been doing with industrial estates and all sorts that's been going on.

I forget the name of the part they've been doing over there now for a few years.

So, they've got a lot of residential development and commercial.

Yeah, that's going to grow and grow.
