I think that the overseas, you know, they come over, they fall in love, they suddenly want to sit down and chat with you.
Whether they end up buying or not remains to be seen.
But, yeah, I think it's going to be a busy inquiry straight into January.
Like I say, if I look at the numbers, probably volume-wise, as in value, we'd be up 40% from this time last year.

It's absolutely insane.
We've got all this infrastructure going on, which is going to be a disaster with the traffic.
Some of it they've just started the week before Christmas.

And then personally, what am I...
Me and my partner and the kids and that, we're all going to go up to Christchurch, see my partner's family for a few days.
Mum and dad are going to come up 23rd till the 27th, then shoot back to Queenstown.
I've got one of my best mates over from the UK with his partner and kid till the 1st.
