So the notion of excited delirium has been tossed out in courts across the country, both state and federal courts.
And so that is just not factual.

At his very basis is misinformation, disinformation.
And that is why someone like a Ben Shapiro, I generally don't bother rebutting.
But for you, my friend, I do believe that disinformation and a lack of knowledge of history, especially when it comes to legal history, is important to note.

We're not going to change the federal charges that.
Chauvin has been sentenced to and that time that he's serving, the state time far exceeds the federal time.
So even if this president decided to pardon him, which would be a huge misuse of the vast presidential pardon power, he would still spend the rest of his life in prison.
And I think that's a very important fact.
that unfortunately Ben Shapiro leaves out because of, or at least left out of that clip from what I saw, leaves out because he is a chaos agent and unfortunately enjoys misleading people and giving that sort of misinformation.
Weren't they charged and accused of trafficking and rape?
I'm not sure about that.
I don't want to get sued, but wasn't something about trafficking and sexual assault or rape?
