People are often shocked.

But there are plenty of introverts who are speakers, who are actors, performers.

But they find that zone to that zone of excellence and then they will go and recharge their batteries.

or the person with most opinions and ideas is valued and rewarded.

Certainly, I've worked with talented people who've been told that unless they speak up more, they won't get promoted, even though other areas of their work is excellent.

And it can be easy to hide behind the introvert
