Well well first of all we're really, really delighted to receive the award.
It's uh a great recognition for the work we've done in transforming OSS from from basically, you know, what was a heavy, manual, very complex environment.
to systems that are now extremely agile and really can adapt in in uh in real time to to the different needs of the business.
So
So what sets us apart?
Well there's a few things.
Um first of all I'd say what we do is make sure we tie the network to the business.
And that's incredibly important because if a fault happens, um of course we know how to fix that fault, but
What we also know is the services that are impacted and the customers that are on those services and the SLAs and and the contracts that they've signed up for.
So so doing this allows, you know, better decisions to be made and and and faster decisions as well.
Um and we we're actually doing this in some really complex environments too, not not just telco, but also um new low earth orbit satellite networks, for example, one of our customers, Telesat.
Um they have a really complex environment with huge amounts of dynamicism.
Um so and obviously these you know, it's satellite.
So satellite is extremely um costly.
So the ability to to link um
that what's happening in in space and the terrestrial network uh to their customers and and SLAs and prospect customers is is really critical to make the business work.
So that's one thing.
Um the second thing, we've really built our domain automation solutions to predict what's gonna happen in the network.
So to get ahead of the game, if you like, and and start to fix things before customers even know there's an issue.
And that's because, you know, we've closed the loop uh with AI.
