So we built AI models that can predict when thresholds are going to be breached um and therefore an SLA.

um will be out of contract and and we can therefore, um, with our solution be able to automatically find the best resolution and, you know, get everything back on track.

Um and the third key thing is is is probably the the blueprint solution uh that uh we built and um a good example here is is what we did with uh SwissCon because in any

In any domain of the network, whether it's transport, core, RAN, fiber access and and even now satellite, there's a lot of commonality between these different domains and a lot of tools that can be shared across teams.

So with SwissCon we we built a a blueprint but we also offered it in the in the form of IT as a service to their own internal

uh teams and and that really massively reduced the time

uh to deploy new domains from, you know, what was one to two years to to about six months now.

So big, big difference.

Okay, so I guess the the simple answer is uh most of them are not very autonomous today.

There's an awful lot of automation, absolutely.

Uh we've been automating tasks um across the OSS network for many, many years.

We have predefined workflows, predefined service models.

Even for assurance, we know things that happen all the time and and have defined, you know, predefined fixes if you like for those problems that happen.

But real autonomy, where I guess what we're saying now is systems have to make their own decisions, they have to create their own workflow on the fly, they have to implement them.

Not many.

I mean, absolutely there's some telcos that are much further ahead here and and s and certainly for some use cases.

You know, I I I think there's a a number of operators around the world that are that are uh moving in that direction.

Um, but it's the scale.
