I think scaling that across the business is is still hard.

And

You know, if we think about the issues, it's not just technology.

Of course technology is part of it and we'll we'll talk a few things there, but but it's uh one one of the issues we find is the organization.

And um many telcos are not really set up to benefit from high levels of autonomy because they have a sort of very horizontal, like very, very large teams um within the OSS environment, maybe a mix of old legacy and and newish systems.

But the problem is the speed to get things moving.

Like if they want to introduce a new agile way of working.

um, like build a DevOps pipeline, for example, for new capabilities and features, getting that implemented across these teams usually i is just impossible.

Well not impossible, just takes a a long, long time.

We find that the operators who who are being the most successful are those that really break their organisations down to small, self sufficient teams that have clear ownership for a piece of the network, like maybe a small domain.

And then they can move fast, they can make their own decisions and they can implement the technologies that they need to be successful whilst benefiting from, you know, sharing ac across the different groups.

So that's one.

Um I'd say the the second is very obvious.

We we talk about it all the time, it's the data issue.

Um OSS is is um is such a complex environment, uh lots of different systems, many still old systems, but now mixed in with the new.

Um and you know a good example here is inventory.

Um, you know, it's it's really the keys for for autonomous networking because you you have to have and know everything, you know, that that you have in your network, if you like, as a minimum.
