So, you know, you have a question the EU needs to face.
Is it able or are countries able to counter that and put the facts out there?
That is a big concern now going forward.
How do you, and the Italian representatives have been saying this pull factor, as they put it, you know, how do you dispel that pull factor?
That's what they want to see now.
We did see from Ursula von der Leyen yesterday, even though she kind of praised Spain in her latest letter, she did talk about needing further strengthening borders.
And she did talk about the importance of early alert mechanisms, kind of, I suppose, the point being their early warning systems.
That is something, you know, somebody.
if there are signs that something might be afoot, that there's something maybe the EU or that these countries on the border can do.
So that may be one part of the discussion that's happening today.

Yes.
Well, we know that this week on Wednesday, the European Commission is going to be coming out with a proposal.
And political context here is interesting because it's on the eve of an EU summit in Cyprus when EU leaders are going to be meeting on Thursday and Friday.
And top of the agenda is going to be the situation in the Middle East and the knock on impact it's having on energy prices.
So that's kind of setting the scene for that discussion, if you like.
At your hearing there, yeah, I think a lot of these measures, it's important to say, number one, is that most of these proposals are not going to be binding.
These are going to be more recommendations from the European Commission, although there will be a couple of legislative measures, mainly to do with transportation of electricity, try and bring that price down.
But generally, it's about different options that it believes countries should adopt to try and cushion the blow for consumers and businesses.
