I've heard a lot of people are also concerned about gentrification.
Yeah, that is a challenge that every community that is involved in redevelopment faces.

And so I think being thoughtful in the planning and identifying the redevelopment areas and having, when you're working with that development community, think about incentives as a carrot and a stick.
So if a developer is coming in and says, I want to redevelop this area, but they are going to be displacing
some folks or maybe displacing businesses, that's one of the tools that you can use with incentives is being like, hey, we'll give you this or we'll help you do this if you help to take care of
of these folks and these people.
But you have to put thought into it.
You have to think about it.
You have to go through legal to make sure that what you're doing is correct and so forth.
But I think that's the way when you're working with those developers is they need the locality to make these projects happen.
And so that's an opportunity for us to make sure that as part of that program's criteria that they're not displacing people.

So in terms of, I think, I think there's a couple of ways that we can go about it.
Um, so as I mentioned, if we had a redevelopment opportunity fund,
we can define what that redevelopment opportunity fund is used for and that criteria.
And so if affordable housing, workforce housing is an important component of that, then we include that as part of the criteria.
