My approach would be to look at these redevelopment boundaries
and get that baseline data.
How many jobs?
How many housing?
What are the demographics kind of within that?
And then be able to attract this progress throughout.
Again, the challenge that, and I want to manage expectations, redevelopment is hard.
So you're not going to see this year to year.
You're going to probably see a lot of up and down and bumpiness because it takes a while for projects to get off.
There's a lot of fits and starts.
Um, and so, but I think looking and defining the redevelopment areas, I think also, um, as the County, you know, when we talked about planning and planning office has a lot of these small area plans, we just got done with the Fettler park area.
Are there other areas that should be also identified as redevelopment areas?
Um, and so that's also an opportunity, but I think each one, um,
has to almost stand on its own because it has its own market and its own kind of timetable.
So all of our incentives are all structured as paper performance.
