So they don't get it if they don't perform.

And generally that means that they have to have footers in the ground.

So not just a plan approved for our, if the County owns the land and is able to kind of drive the investment that way, all of our purchase sale agreements, again, are,

structured that they have to build within a certain timeframe.

Otherwise, we have a first right of refusal to purchase

back.

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, I've long had a belief that

especially the Route 1 I-95 corridor could become the Potomac Defense Corridor.

It's anchored between Quantico and Fort Belvoir.

With that is generally your knowledge workers.

Those are the types of employers that would associate your government contractors and so forth.

So I think when we're looking at

these emerging technologies, are there new technologies in clean energy or, you know, so beyond the defense that also fit into this kind of mold?

But with that, you know, target industries aren't just picked out of the sky.

There's data.

These are data-driven decisions about do we have the right workforce, the right infrastructure, you know, the right building product to actually support

these target industries.

And so that would be our intention is to look at some of these, especially the small area plans.
