And here I think it's quite interesting, this discussion around mortgage rates in the US housing market, starting to gain a little bit more currency.
It looks like the US administration is wanting to do something in this area.
So you could see some tweaks to capital gains tax on homes.

There's a 40-year JGB auction today, and I think a lot of people will be looking at that quite closely.
