There were um some boosted uh administr administered um wage increases in age and childcare, and there was a shift in timing of public sector pay rises as matched

So we don't think it really changes uh the view on the labour market, certainly not for us, and we don't think it changes it for the RBA. matched

Uh but at the same time, uh with the Australian data flow uh being relatively resilient, um, that rush to get back towards say a neutral policy setting uh is probably less. matched

And uh that rush to get back to a neutral policy set neutral policy setting is uh uh less because of the headwinds on the international side. matched

And and and indeed when you look at uh a uh an alternative measure of wages in Australia or the national counts, and you deflate that by inflation, uh real wages in levels is only one percent higher than where it was in twenty twelve. matched
