All of this stuff that matters in terms of how they feel and how they're able to exercise or not exercise or get to sleep on time, or they're waking up in the middle of the night because they're worried about something that's going on.
I mean, so when you ask me what I think is killing people the most, I will say, in my opinion, it is all of the mental stuff that is happening to people, which of course, you know, worsens the physiologic effect.

American College of Cardiology meeting.
It's our big meeting that happens every year.
Tons of cardiologists show up, descend on one place.
They've got sessions all day long for three days.
And I looked at the brochure and there was one session, one 30, 40 minute session in that time that was devoted to psychological wellbeing.
And I remember thinking, we are missing the boat here.
In my own field, we are missing the boat that we have all these sessions dedicated to everything else except for what I'm seeing in my practice, which is what is holding people back from moving forward through their life, through their diagnosis.
