So it's a big problem that we need to continue.
It is extremely frustrating.
It is.
I mean, the stories I could tell you about what women have told me they've heard, unfortunately, from other providers sometimes, it's heartbreaking.
You know, so I always tell women, you know, trust, you know, your body, you have to trust it.
If something feels off, you know, you need to speak up about it.
And in particular, if it's in this area or any of those things we talk about, you know, don't put it on something else like stress or, you know, just being out of shape, like talk to a doctor or cardiologist and let them figure that out first.
I don't think you can pin it on one thing, right?
I think that it is the combination effect of lack of exercise and a poor diet and our weight and our genetics.
And for everyone, it might be a little different.
I mean, I do see a lot of people who look like the picture of health.
They eat
very healthy and they exercise and they're in you know a normal healthy body weight body mass index and they have heart disease and they're like shocked and lots of times it just comes down to the fact that they have their genes it's it's it is genetics genetics genetics so there are some cases where that really is the driver and then there are other cases where you know it is
that they're not moving or they're just eating really poorly.
And all of it matters.
I mean, I just think it's never as simple as saying it's one thing.
It's just like when people say, well, I'm just not going to eat carbs or I'm not going to eat protein or I can, you know, we need all of these things.
We need to pay attention to all of these factors to put us in optimal shape to reduce risk over time.
You can't just say, well, I can eat whatever I want, but if I'm exercising or I can, you know, not exercise, but eat really healthy, like it all matters, right?
You know, my mental health.
