Yeah, interestingly I would say Illinois is more similar.

You'd think Illinois and Indiana would be different.

Very different just in terms of their kind of political makeup, but um actually pretty similar.

There's some notice of health care tran there's notice of health care transaction.

There's some approvals um of transactions in Illinois.

They also have um

are collecting information regarding ownership and private equity and things like that.

So Illinois actually pretty similar to Indiana in that sense, generally speaking.

Ohio on the other end is one of the kind of non-corporate practice of medicine states, at least for now.

Um they they don't have a corporate practice restriction at this point.

Um there was some um back and forth originally about you know d do they or don't they have it in in March of 2012 the state board medical board of Ohio published a statement that said that Ohio law does not prohibit an Ohio licensed fr physician from rendering services as an employee of a corporation or any other form of business entity.

Um, there's the AG opinions that people looked at and said, Well, we think that there might be, or case law predated the enactment of their kind of healthcare regular uh

code section f and it's I'm have it in my notes, four seven three one dot two two six.

Um that being said, they uh there are limitations within other sections of the code.

that need to be mind that people need to be mindful of, um, including ownership of pain management clinics.

There are some restrictions, interestingly just specific to mage pain management clinics.

So an example of no corporate practice, but then there are still some restrictions kind of embedded within um

within Ohio law.

So similar to Ohio, I believe uh your home state, does it have corporate practice or is it pretty
