Yeah.
Actually there's been a lot of activity.
Even in the the as we talked about in Nashville, there's there was activity in the couple weeks between when we prepared for the conference and when we had the conference.
And just like from April until now, there's been a lot of developments.
You mentioned Oregon in the case in Oregon with the emergency room physician.
So that was a recent kind of a more recent development.
Um also Vermont, one that we didn't actually cover in um
in our presentation.
But
They have a new uh law.
It was a House Bill, I think five eighty three.
Originally it was going through as an outright ban on private equity investment and health care.
I it it of course through the process got scaled back.
Um they were one of the few states that really didn't have a strong they had didn't have ownership transparency rules and maybe limited or no roll um
prohibition on the corporate practice of direct medical care.
Um, but they did pass a bill
Um, and I should mention it does exempt currently, it included all types of health care entities.
It currently exempts nursing homes, um, organizations delivered delivering exclusively telehealth type services um and federally qualified health care centers that fall kind of outside the scope of the law.
Um, but they said based on the the concerns in the steward and prospect hospital closure closures and steward was kind of right in their backyard.
Um they passed a bill that um puts some severe restrictions on kind of um corporate practice um in in that state and just some disclosure requirements.
