I would say that um if that's happening, then that that med is not a right fit.

I would say that um that's where that's where it benefits you to be in like to see a specialist.

Um primary care providers are great and some of them are more um

Like everybody you can't you know, is good at different things.

Um, a lot of times that people just go straight to an SSRI when really they would benefit from a different class of of drug.

But something is as a general rule that that I say is like look, a good mental health regimen

Makes you feel more like yourself, not less.
