This i it you know, the it like there's a mental health toolbox if we call it that, right?

Like people who have a mental health concern, they kinda have a general idea of what their options are.

There's counseling, there's medication.

Meditation.

prayer, nature walk, grounding exercises, those are all wonderful.

This belongs on that list and it has earned its place there.

And that is

What nirvana seeks to do.

Make it more well known and more accessible.

The answer to all of those questions is yes.

You know, because this is this is addressing nervous system regulation in a way that nothing else is.

I have a I have two grandchildren that that have autism.

Um I had, you know, children that w had anxiety.

Um so I it's personal to me too.

You know, I my three year old grandson ha um has autism and he doesn't speak.
