Yeah, so you know, it's interesting 'cause we saw the kind of you know, the PMIs from the US suggesting that kind of the manufacturing side of the uh economy is, you know, doing a bit str better there and suddenly outperforming um a lot of other areas of the world.
Um and you know, I think, you know, when you look in the in the June month in in particular, kind of, you know, durable uh goods orders, ex transportation up point seven percent on on that final uh read, that's you know, that's not
A not a particularly soft number.
So you know, broadly consistent with that.
But yeah, as you say, if you look over over a couple of months, there it isn't that emphatic strength that you're seeing from from the PMI.
Yeah, I mean none none of those really kind of import into the to market developments.
But maybe, you know, on that Canadian trade data, maybe one theme to call out is that kind of, you know, Canadian imports from from the US were were quite a lot stronger.
And, you know, still you've heard this one before, but it's uh computing equ equipment related to data center build out that is is driving some of that strength.

And I just think it just again goes to show just how sensitive uh the inflation outlook and and risks uh are to developments in
in the Middle East and and what's happening with oil.
If we think about kind of what the news is on that front, as you say, it's a pretty um stark drop in in oil to to start the new week.
Um I think kind of an absence of of bad news is probably the the most important ongoing development.
You know, it wasn't that long ago until Friday last week we had 13 straight nights of attacks um from the US that were aimed at degrading Iran's ability to disrupt commercial
