Call me a luddite all you want. I think AI technology is a massive mistake. I think there's absolutely no reconciling the risk that AI poses. with the perceived benefits. I'm sorry, but cutting out a couple hours of your work week because AI handled it for you is not worth the extermination of human beings as a whole.

Which, if, think about it, you know, because that's what everybody's like, oh, well, you know, the videos, like, that's not cool. Yeah, the videos aren't cool, and there's absolutely going to be all sorts of deepfake pornography that comes out that ruins people's lives.

there will be criminal cases that are thrown completely into question because there is AI evidence or there is evidence that cannot be confirmed to not be AI.

I mean, there's all the obvious stuff, but I think the most insidious is the workflow stuff. because eventually that's gonna move away from, hey, I've reorganized your schedule for peak efficiency to let's put this nuclear power plant on AI.

It's going to be an AI that as a nuclear power plant is going through something, it goes, oh, well, if I... If I do this... then it will reduce power levels, and that might cause a blackout. So I need to up this reactor in order to compensate, and then it's going to melt something down because it doesn't consider the fact that overloading that reactor will melt it down.

it'll get lost somewhere in the process, and then a whole bunch of people die. I see there are benefits to AI. Don't get me wrong. It could be a great tool. But the problem is, it is too dangerous. And I think, honestly, if you took somebody in 1965 and said, if you press this button, nuclear weapons never worked. I think basically every single person alive in 1965 hits the button.

Well, yeah, but like... Do you know who I'm talking about? The guy who didn't hit the button?

But, you know, I think it's kind of one of those things. Um... And when you look at it, I'd say the same thing with drones. I think as militaries become more adept at drone warfare, I think civilian populations need to become more adept at net warfare. Because that seems to be the best way to take down a drone.

I'm going to fix your camera. There were... Sure. There were a couple of radiation spikes detected in New York. I believe... like basically Manhattan. I think it was on one end of one of the Verrazano Bridge, and then another one was, I think, on the New Jersey side.

But spikes to above the normal background radiation levels, I think in the upper 200s, for whatever it was like count per minute, I can't remember the exact thing. I don't know a lot about nuclear. But... they basically picked up, I think it was two or three radiation spikes. One was really high, like five times what normal is. Um, the idea was that the drones are looking for radiation, uh,

And potentially a dirty bomb that was smuggled into the U.S. A dirty bomb is a I think like a briefcase nuke. Yeah, just it's a ground detonation nuclear device. It's called I believe they're called dirty because they would cause radio radioactive damage.

I could see it being that that is one of the few things that the government's silence makes sense because saying there might be a dirty bomb in Manhattan would be almost as bad as a dirty bomb going off in Manhattan.

I mean, probably a non-state actor at that point.

Because if you are Iran and you have somebody blow up a bomb in Manhattan, your country doesn't exist in the next eight hours. Yeah. As soon as we think... If a country...

a national like body detonates a nuclear device in manhattan that country will cease to exist and we wouldn't even use nukes it would be like moabs yep we would just be dropping so much conventional ordinance on them that the land would there would be nothing there yeah uh we would turn it into the moon I cannot see a state actor doing that.

I could see a... Well, not Hamas anymore, because they got their hands full. So does Hezbollah. ISIS?
