You'd think everybody would have been building like crazy at all.
So
I'm glad we
brought up the pandemic, um, because it seems like that really is what i in my mind, you know, casts a huge shadow over commercial real estate.

Everybody was working remotely, so you don't need offices anymore.
Retail malls, right?
Nobody wanted to go to the mall anymore.
So everything then went to e commerce, which meant like data um warehouses logistics.
Are we still living in that post pandemic era?
in all those trends or have things evolved a lot since then?
That that some of what's going on with data centers, which are a distinct sector from and which we'll get to distinct sector from logistics, is actually benefiting logistics to some extent.
And dead malls are like an aesthetic.
