We know the reason that they're trying to make it so hard to teach these lessons in history is so that they can repeat this shit.

It is what scares me the most about our politics is not that we will win or lose.
It is that some of this is irreparable.
It is that this violence is insidious.
It has become a part of how we conduct politics.
It is infecting both sides that there are people on the left that are frustrated with Democrats for not being willing to take up arms and fight.
That is not who we are.

I do want to I do want to just draw the distinction, though, that look, I think that critiquing a hurricane response, an emergency response of your opponent is fair game.
